Where do we manufacture our products?

Our products are manufactured in Cairo, Egypt from only the best local manufacturers to ensure the highest quality.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed, packaged, and shipped out from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of placing an order. 

It should take anywhere between 1-3 business days for domestic orders to be received once an order confirmation email has been received.

We Offer Same Day Delivery on Orders In Heliopolis/Nasr City on orders placed before 3:00 pm (Except for Fridays(

It should take between 3-7 business days for International orders to be received once an order confirmation email has been received.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we offer International Shipping to almost all countries across the globe through DHL Express & UPS Express with Online Tracking.

Do you ship to The North Coast(Sahel)?

Yes we offer shipping to the North Coast(Sahel) during the Summer Season, however there is an additional 75 EGP shipping charge added to all orders. Shipping Takes 3-4 Business Days

Can I Check out in a different currency?

Although the contents of your cart may appear in your own currency(USD, CAD, GBP, EU, AUD, AED), when it comes time to checkout you will be asked to pay in our store's local currency: Egyptian Pounds at the nearest currency exchange equivalent. Please note that your own bank or credit card may or may not charge you a premium on the transaction exchange rate.

International Customs and Duties?

For international deliveries, custom fees and any other duty taxes may or may not apply depending on your own country's customs regulations. These potential additional fees are not included in the price as shown on our website. If applicable, these fees will need to be paid by the customer upon receiving the products and are not the responsibility of VoyCollections.

Will our swim shorts withstand chlorine's effects?

Our shorts are made with 100% high quality polyesters. Polyester is known to be the most durable fabric against chlorine's harsh effects. In addition our fabrics have been chemically treated to be resistant against chlorine and its effects.

How should the Swim Shorts be washed and cared for?

You should immediately rinse your swim shorts after every use as chlorine and salt water are still harsh on any swimsuit.

It is best to hand wash the swim shorts, however if using a washing machine be sure to wash on the delicate setting with similar colours and cold water (30 degrees).

Do not tumble dry the swim shorts but rather leave them to air dry but not to be left in direct sunlight

Only cool iron them inside out or use a steamer on low heat setting 

Do not use any fabric softeners (i.e Downy) as they will cause the colors to fade and crack 

How can I know which size will fit me?

For our Swim Shorts our sizes fit true to size. Please check our detailed Size Guide to know the exact measurements. If you are stuck in between two waist size measurements, we suggest opting for the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

Returns and Exchanges?

For domestic orders we allow for returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order as long as the item hasn't been used and still has the original tags/packaging attached. A return/exchange fee will be applied. International orders are not eligible for any refunds or exchanges at this given time. Items on sale can only be exchanged or have store credit issued, and are not eligible for refunds.  For the full details on our return/exchange policy please visit our Returns & Exchanges page found down below.
