Returns & Exchanges
Domestic Orders:
Returns are available both online and at our stores in Mall of Egypt or City Center Alexandria. For domestic orders, charges are refundable within 14 days of the receipt date.
International Orders:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for international orders (outside of Egypt) unless the item received is faulty or defective.
Eligibility for Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be new, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It should be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item does not meet these policy requirements. In such cases, the item will be returned to you, and you will be charged for return costs. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning goods to us.
Faulty or Defective Items:
In the rare case of receiving a faulty or defective item, Voy Collections will cover the costs associated with returning the product.
Self-Inflicted Damages:
Voy Collections will not be held liable for any self-inflicted damages to the product after purchase. Therefore, no replacement will be given in such instances.
How to Exchange:
To exchange your product, please contact us at info@voycollectionseg.com with your order number and details of the exchange needed. We will inform you of all the necessary steps required to return the product and guide you through the exchange process.
Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the item received is faulty or defective.
